Seit wann bist du bei OCR Frankfurt?
Seit dem 06. September 2015, dem Tag des 1. OCR Frankfurt Grüngürtel-Ultra. Auch wenn mich keiner gekannt hat, so wurde ich super in die Gruppe aufgenommen und es hat direkt Spaß gemacht. Und nein, den Ultra habe ich nicht fertig gemacht, sondern bin nach ca. 28km ausgestiegen.
Wie bist zu OCR Frankfurt gekommen und warum bist du geblieben?
Zum OCR bin ich über Mirco gekommen, er hatte mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass es in Frankfurt eine Truppe gibt die bei fast jeden Hindernislauf mit macht. Geblieben bin ich weil es einfach Spaß macht regelmäßig etwas zusammen zu machen (Trainingseinheiten die Woche) und weil es einfach eine bunte Truppe ist. Vom Familienvater, über Auszubildende bis hin zu Musikverrückten. Alles dabei.
Wie lange läufst du schon?
Hier und da schon seit Jahren, richtig aktiv aber erst seit Juni 2015
Was sind deine größten Erfolge bisher?
Meine verbesserte 10km Zeit von 53:07 auf 47:18 und an Silvester auf 45:02. Und das alles nur durch den OCR Frankfurt und die gemeinsamen Trainingsläufe im Taunus.
Was sind deine Ziele für 2016?
10km in unter 45:00, die Rats Runners Serie bestreiten, meinen ersten Marathon laufen (Weiltalweg Landschaftsmarathon), 1.500 km/p.a.
Was ist dein Hauptziel?
Fit zu bleiben und meinen Ausgleich zum Alltag im Laufen/OCR zu finden.
Welches ist dein Lieblingsrennen?
Da ich bisher nur beim StrongmanRun (2x) gestartet bin, dieser 😉
Welches ist dein Lieblingshindernis?
Es gibt keines, aber welche ich nicht mag sind solche mit Strom.
Welchen Sport machst du sonst noch?
Habe leider sonst keine Zeit um noch etwas anderes zu machen.
Willst du sonst noch irgendetwas loswerden?
