Wie bist zu OCR Frankfurt gekommen und warum bist du geblieben?
Ich habe nach Trainingspartnern für Hindernisläufe gesucht und dann wurde mir der OCR empfohlen. Es war Liebe auf den ersten Blick. Ich wurde direkt aufgenommen in die OCR Familie. Viele super sympatische Menschen und alle haben das gleiche im Sinn: Spaß an Sport und Spaß an der Herausforderung. Hier wird man über das hinausgepusht, was man dachte zu leisten im Stande zu sein. Ich selbst habe Grenzen überwunden, die ich mir nie zugetraut hätte.

Was sind deine größten Erfolge bisher?
Von “fast gestorben” beim JP Morgen Run (5,6km) zum Getting Tough (24 km, 150 Hindernisse inklusive Freibad) im Dezember. Und das in nur 5 Monaten.

Was sind deine Ziele für 2016?
Mauern mit Leichtigkeit überwinden, 20km mit 5er pace, Burpees lieben lernen, 7 Läufe insgesamt (noch)

Was ist dein Hauptziel?
Getting Tough in unter 4 Stunden

Welches ist dein Lieblingsrennen?
Ich finde eigentlich alle gut aber auf den Getting Tough bin ich am meisten stolz

Welches ist dein Lieblingshindernis?
Alles mit Matsch!

Welchen Sport machst du sonst noch?
Freeletics und Salsa (ja, Tanzen kann sehr schweißtreibend sein)

Willst du sonst noch irgendetwas loswerden?
Ich kann nur jeden ermutigen sich der Gruppe anzuschließen. Ich habe es von Sofa-Kartoffel zum Fitnessfreak geschafft. Jeder kann das schaffen – auch du! No Excuses 🙂
