Wie bist zu OCR Frankfurt gekommen und warum bist du geblieben?
Judith hat den OCR ausfindig gemacht. Sie hatte uns und ein paar alte Kollegen für einen Xletix im April angemeldet hatte. So ganz untrainiert und mit 0 Hindernis-Erfahrung wollten wir dann doch nicht antreten und haben uns fix zum Vorbereiten beim OCR eingeladen. Ja, und seitdem trotze ich Wind und Wetter und stehe mittwochs auf der Matte – ähm der Finnbahn.
Wie lange läufst du schon?
Von Schwimmen, über Kanurennsport, diverse Ballsportarten und Teamfitness bis hin zum Klettersteigen und Radfahren. Ich hab schon viel gemacht – aber das Laufen immer bewusst umgangen. Liegt mir einfach nicht. Mit dem OCR habe ich also mein erstes bewusstes Lauftraining….
Was sind deine größten Erfolge bisher?
Meinem Mann beim Rennen durch den Taunus abgehängt zu haben ☺. Naja okay, dass funktioniert nur beim ersten Kilometer, aber stolz macht mich das trotzdem!
Meine Lauferfahrungen im Sinne von „Im-Wettbewerb-Kilometer-am-Stück-Rennen“ beschränkt sich auf mehrere JP Morgans in Frankfurt und ein paar Triathlons.
Was sind deine Ziele für 2017?
So einen schönen Laufstil zu haben wie Andrea. Das inspiriert mich wirklich ☺ und vielleicht schaffe ich es ja tatsächlich, dass mir das Laufen bis zum Ende des Jahres so richtig Spaß macht.
Den Xletix haben wir ja schon abgehakt. Den Strong Viking Family habe ich auch mitgenommen und als nächstes steht das Beast vom Strong Viking im Oktober in Wächtersbach auf meinem OCR- Programm.
Was ist dein Hauptziel?
In erster Line will ich fit bleiben. Und da ist noch die Sache mit dem Laufstil…
Welches ist dein Lieblingsrennen?
Ich kenne ja noch nicht so viele. Und die waren alle toll.
Welches ist dein Lieblingshindernis?
Alle, bei denen man sich im Dreck suhlt.
Welchen Sport machst du sonst noch?
Wir wohnen direkt am Taunus. Also alles, was man im Wald so machen kann.
Willst du sonst noch irgendetwas loswerden?
Ich bin sehr gerne beim OCR und schätze diesen Mittwochstermin so sehr, dass ich sogar Dienstreisen dafür verlege. Man muss halt Prioritäten setzen…
